I can usually bear pain, but there's something different about this; hurts like hell, doesn't it?
This is the third time I've had this. The first must have been over a decade ago and they had to give up the attempt as I went a bit peculiar and almost fainted (only time I've had that experience). So they did that one under general anaesthetic.
I'm assuming things are 'different down there' now I'm older as I've managed it the last twice. But it is sooo painful.
