Started the new year off with a bang!
I brought lapsang sochung, an unusual smoked tea, to our new boba shop. I’ve always wanted it with boba. She made it for me and she liked it so much she’s adding it to the menu yall.
Here it is triple black, black tea, black mineral sugar, black boba.
Taste is unusual with the milk. there is a strong smoky flavor that comes on late.
