I'm not sure what you mean by "referenced". Prior to the 1950s, White people generally had no issue with the belief that our countries and shared civilization were a product of us being White. What evidence would actually persuade you of this?

Would immigration law designed to keep America a White country up until 1965 count?

Would commentary from the Mexican-American war about us not wanting to annex all of Mexico because we'd have to share this country with brown people count?

Would the eugenics programs that existed in almost every White country count?

Would the Declaration of Independence's commentary about American Indians count?

Unless you specify what you mean, you can always move the goal post. But the truth is that our countries consciously viewed themselves as White countries until post-WW2.
