#writersCoffeeClub 8/31: What would you pick if you were forced to write in a genre outside of your specialty?
While I'm known as an SF/F author, my novels tend to cross genre boundaries, so I've done SF/F that's also Scottish police procedural, and SF/F that's Regency romance, and SF/F cold war spy thrillers and horror.
EVERY genre is harder to write in than it looks to an outsider. But luckily most of them overlap enough to give me an opportunity to chew on them.
