The "eat only meat and lard" trend adopted by some bitcoiners is nothing else than a marketing campaign run by the American meat industry who considered bitcoiners, among others, as being a suitable fringe group for delivering extremists messages that would help the industry.

Meat industry is under increasing scrutiny worldwide and is being blamed for waste of resources and increased methane emissions.

The campaign is being run through bitcoin personalities/influencers, some being paid in fiat, others in meat, others in various sponsorships or Asian belly dancers.

Long for it's a psy op, brainwashing, says this conspiracy theory.
