The board is slightly modded. It looks like someone tried to make a 64K mod, but failed. I will try to clean up the mess and install a proper 64K mod, with a 16K switch. I already have one of those running in my other C16. I hope that no traces were cut. The solder work on the bottom looks atrocious. So we have to be very careful when desoldering.
