I’m too much of a hoarder to ever willingly give up an organ I’m still using. I have trouble getting rid of boxes that gear come in, so I’m not about to give up a kidney just because I have two of them. There’s a reason we have two of them. I’m a big “just in case” kind of a guy. You never know.
