The best way for my mental health it is to ignore them (I’m not telling anyone to do the same of course, it’s my choice) and it is what I’m able to do 90 % of the time. Because they don’t deserve my energy and attention.
However, if someone asks a genuine question it is different, but it was not the case for the two involved yesterday in the discussion telling how we should feel. After a few minutes I have blocked them to no read them anymore.
