Periodic reminder to call your ISP from time to time to see if there are better deals available because they won't go out of their way to tell you. We just upgraded our cable modem speed by about 50% and got unlimited* data and will pay about $20 less each month. Price: one phone call.
I didn't even have to ask; the guy was just "oh, that's too much, we can find you a better plan."
