I'm saying that *sometimes* I'm not in a rush and *other times* I am.
My time preference is context-dependent, though I consider myself much more LTP than average.
The point is that the restaurant with fast service gives you the option of *both* HTP or LTP depending on the context, whereas the slow restaurant *forces* you into LTP, which you may not want.
