Here's a #masking angle I hadn't considered before, relayed to me by a family member: "If you show up to an event with a mask on, people think you have, or recently had COVID."

Wow, just... wow. People who have or recently had COVID should be staying home. People who are masking are trying to prevent the spread, that's all. Why these two basic facts are so easily confused by people is just stunning to me.

No wonder we can't make any progress.
