On December 31st and January 1st, I was shocked to see how little reaction these laws provoked among bitcoiners. Not only here on nostr, but also on X, the reactions were almost nonexistent. Many may not have felt the impact directly, and some might be in Bitcoin out of greed rather than necessity or conviction. However, it is clear that this is the most significant attack on Bitcoin in years, yet people don't seem to recognize it.
