Decent flavor this time around, Cranking up the salt levels is definitely the key. Used a mixture of marrow and neck bones this time and used some chuck I had in the freezer for the boneless meat. Then charred ginger and yellow onion. Some fresh green onions. Cloves, star anise, Rock sugar and Cinnamon.
Need to work on the clarity of the broth though. Gotta get me one of those fine mesh sieves. #foodstr
