What Nostr needs are topic-related relays with moderation. You pick and choose what topics you're into, and join relays accordingly. When you post, you pick the relay to post to, not just post to as many as possible. That way communities can form and moderation is made possible (oh, also less cryptospam that way). Good or bad idea?
