A small town near to where l live, has four "kebab, burger & pizza" takeaways on the main street. On a recent trip to #London, l ordered a plant based burger & chips from the 'Waterside Cafe' in Regents park, the chips came covered in salt (l wasn't asked if l wanted salt)
A poor diet that's high in salt, sugar & phat, not "only" eventually causes #diseases, it negatively effects "mental" (e.g., decisions) in the 'here & now'. That's the takeaway message
