if I said something like that to a roshi (Zen priest) in the dokusan room (interview room) during sesshin (Zen retreat) I'd get ding ding ding from his bell. meaning stop talking, make your bows, leave, walk back to your cushion in gassho (palms together) and do Zazen. I'd deserve it too.
I'm not being mean, that is what would happen.
