apparently if you suspend an account and then unsuspend an account, you get two bugs:
1. sharkey resets their followings to -4 (yes, negative) users
2. remote akkoma/pleroma instances dont actually unsuspend the account, meaning the user is permanently invisible to akkoma/pleroma instances

we just learned this the hard way
