Dealing with #Microsoft is such a pain. All I want to do is request unblocking of my mailserver's IP address, for hotmail.com.
Firstly, I need to create an account. Why? I'm not a customer.
When creating an account, it says "If this account will be used by a child, provide DoB" Well, I'm not, so click next ... oh, it's mandatory. Makes no sense. I then have to agree to let people see my full profile, picture etc - well, I don't have those set up, so ok I guess.
