It's funny to me that you can do everything right with your health and still kick the bucket from an aneurysm or heart attack or little slip and fall at the age of 30, and the guy who drinks a handle a week for that same three decades before realizing "that might not be alright" makes it to 95.

You can certainly better your odds of making it to a ripe old age with good choices but at the end of the day it's a game of chance. Don't fret the little things too much, they probably won't matter. Some of it is just out of your hands.
