You, a MAN, want that "moral" wiggle room for yourself & other MEN. Whatever labels or boundaries are offered, MEN will test & push against them. Most men like & zealously defend such options of perversion - by definition, is a loss of self-control (which society regards as being "natural" to males, in any case).
Women have every right to feel that they could very well be in danger from such men (and some testosterone-fueled females). Particularly if we say "NO" & don't play along - ask the women who have been threatened with rape & death.
