Well...the beach trip and swim was fun and again, there was no one on the beach...just how I like it and I may just go out there again tomorrow...I did run an errand out to DD after the deals I got there yesterday and even got more today so the freezer is filled again...all food that is bad for me since it's processed but spread over 6 months, it's not so bad...now I just need to do the weight work and watch a little soccer..back to cocktails tonight after a few days off..good afternoon!
