I tried luring him with string. He was in a box, and I was tossing an end at him repeatedly. Mostly got a paw fly out to grab it, occasionally a head. Then the string being pulled back into the box for a bit. He definitely loves playing on his own and with his sister, now to convince him it's ok to play with me.
