"content": "No, it's not an algorithmic stablecoin. It was built by the nostr:npub1s7uvsn0ku29gutma9tw43m5gpwuc8y3qwapzy5pnu5jtllpgcucsyvfwc4 project. Have a look! I'm not saying it's a perfect solution. There's more in the pipeline such as rollups on Bitcoin that apparently don't require a BIP.
