I have heard from other women in my life that had the same procedure it can take time for the pain to 'graduate' and then to regain that previous sensitivity. It all seems to be a matter of time and patience though, none have ever mentioned any lotion, potion or exercise that magically restored it overnight, sad to say.
I do hope it comes back to you quickly though, hon. Certainly sounds as if you're doing all the right things.
