I set up a multisig on my phone with nunchuk, a tapsigner and my hardware wallet. As an intermediary between lightning, what I'm willing to keep "on me" but on chain not LN, and my cold storage I try to keep unlinked from anything but my node through Sparrow (I'm not really good at any of this)
For how little I've used it though, the tags feature for utxo on Nunchuk... 🤌
