I did! I did it in a 2018 Model 3, the trip was just about 10,000 mi (16,000 km), went through 30 states and provinces in two countries, and never once had any charging or range issues. The trip took 5 weeks, but a lot of that was stopping at friends houses, or going to cons, or camping in Arkansas for the eclipse. Overall it was a fantastic trip. :D
