I once put raw liver, avocado, a raw egg, turmeric powder, black pepper and some other things into a blender, poured it into a ziplock, but the edge of the ziplock and dripped out dots on parchment paper which I froze. I ate them, wife and daughter didn’t want any part of it!
My kid is extremely strong willed, so much that her teachers and basketball coach complain to us that she doesn’t respect their authority and causes problems. I don’t care at all, but I tell her if she doesn’t want to get thrown out, she’ll have to go along with them to a degree.
Hard to get her to do things she doesn’t want, so we just try and create conditions that are healthy and trust her to not be an idiot when she’s out of the house.
She’s a beast — 5-6, strong as hell, plays on the under-16 basketball team at 12, pushes them around.
Knock on wood, everything in the world is precarious, but she seems to be doing okay, except for the glasses!
