I did a number of my comics years back with waterproof India ink and dip pens where you could only draw a few strokes before needing to dip again (like something out of a Dickens’ novel 😆)…more permanent inks like that in the past would gum up fountain pens, but seems like ink technologies have made some good leaps in recent years. 😊
