Anyone have good insights into a legal system in a Bitcoin economy? Who determines property disputes and Lawsuits?Who funds it?Assuming government overall would reduce ina Bitcoin Standard but the judicial branch stay unchanged? That aside, Who will fund lawsuits against negligent mega corps? Will the free market just work it out if given years or decades? Will we just have to deal with disasters due to the fixed supply we can’t disaster relief infinity like now. I suppose their is non Bitcoin asset seizure or future income garnishment. Maybe it’s just jail. Seems workable. Would possibly reduce property disputes.
