My grandma is a small-scale dairy farmer. Visiting her is emotionally challenging for me. Last time I was there, this young lady was locked up, isolated from the rest of the herd in this small concrete room. She spent most of the day mooing loudly, and the heard was mooing back.
The worst part is knowing that my grandma's cows, however distressed they are, they still have 10x better lives than any cow at a factory farm 💔 #photography
