A guy, who is in many respects a nice guy, announced his leaving Threads for Bluesky with these words:

"There are good, smart, and interesting people here, but they feel swamped by people who are less so."

He also mentioned something about wanting to be among the "thought leaders" on Bluesky.

I think that's some "thought leader brian" right there.
