Time to take care if your emotions and mind before you get out in your day ( or even if you are in your day already) . Your emotions are THE commodity the evil in our world wants to own. Once they have that , your mind is trapped in their system. Your emotions are a wonderful part of your life! Its best YOU own them for your highest good outcome.
Heres a quick meditation you can do anytime:
close your eyes and inhale.Suspend the breath(hold it) for as long as its easy to do . Don’t struggle. Then exhale and suspend(hold) that part of the breath as long as you can without struggle . If done properly you should not get breathless. Practice 5 minutes or longer.
Doing this meditation will help recalibrate your vagus nerve response.
