It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten, let alone made a ground beef taco. But apparently if you actually use appropriate seasonings and a homemade green chile, it can be freaking delicious. (This is not our typical homemade green chile, since we were planning on putting it on burgers we added a roux to thicken it up.)
