In reality you should not click the links lol. Due to what I do for a living though I happen to find myself clicking on jacked up ads all the time to the point it desensitized me to seeing it in the wild. So I do know what's behind them most the time: and it's usually just typical diet pill / skin cream scam products, or really overpriced ebooks. There is definitely a security risk to clicking every random ad you see online though lol I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
