My Prime Day splurge was 2 6" Fat Daddio's cake pans & 6" parchment papers for the bottom. Baked a mini cake tonight- it needs tweaking but was certainly passable. I'll lower the oven temp next time. And I'll post a photo tomorrow. About an hour ago I threw on a quick chocolate frosting just so Younger Kidlet could have a slice before bed, served Husband & me small slices, then wrapped it up for the night. Happy to experiment. #food #baker #GlutenFree
