I want to say I've never had latency issues running games like this on ryujinx windows at least, but then again I'm godawful at rhythm games as much as I like em, so I often stick to lower difficulties. Only \"rhythm\" game I always play hardest difficulty on is Touhou Spell Bubble, and that hardly counts. Probably just something I don't notice unless the game's latency is laughably bad enough to be obvious to the layman.",
