Was at a local energy/electric event this weekend. Poked around in several electric cars and sure they are nice but did anyone engage actual industrial designers at all? No affordances, no knobs, buttons, etc. Just little graphics you need to look over at a central mounted tablet to use. Deal breaker for me. Wanting knobs and buttons and sliders don't make me an old, just someone that likes to look at the road while I change the temperature.
