Amazon should revoke free returns on people that abuse their system. I had to return a pair of shorts I bought because the pocket had a hole in it. I go in the UPS store and this woman has wheeled a Publix shopping cart into the store and had the basket full of stuff she was returning to Amazon. I don't care if Amazon can afford it or not, it's just the principle of it.
