Can you imagine a different outcome? That Meta could lose by joining the fediverse because the users like it that much that they switch to other instances because they are ad free, more welcoming and better moderated? They could still follow their favorite creators on #Barcelona #P92 but have a better experience. We could help them with switching away from Meta. I like that idea.
