Good question!

Yes, exercising definitely burns calories, but it also ramps up your appetite, which often leads to overeating following the exercise that cancels out or even surpasses the calories burned from your workout.

For weight loss, the name of the game is getting your SATIETY SIGNALS in order, so you don't have to fight the carb cravings (a battle you will always eventually lose). Using this lens, exercise actually pours even more gasoline onto the cravings that are keeping you stuck on the carbohydrate hamster wheel in the first place.

This is why diet really is 90% of the weight loss equation; it really should be viewed as a bonus on top of carnivore at most.

Here's another podcast with the legend Limitless Lindy , who lost OVER 500 POUNDS by just eating steak every day, without touching a single dumbell or treadmill 👇

Exercise is GREAT for mental health, and building muscle. It is NOT effective for losing weight.

If your primary goal is weight loss, your first, second, and third priority should be to get into ketosis by eliminating the carbs (carnivore diet), ideally working your way up to OMAD lion diet (one-meal-a-day, beef/salt/water only).

This is undeniably the fastest, healthiest, and most effective way to melt bodyfat off in record time.

The first podcast I'd recommend for more elaboration on this is my episode with Nina Teicholz. She tried to be healthy her whole life by eating lots of fruits & vegetables like our government overlords tell us, but found that when she transitioned to all fatty beef and butter, the weight shredded off effortlessly, without even needing to exercise.
