Some people on the right call it pedophilia or grooming to even acknowledge the existence of LGBTQ* persons in the presence of children, while at the same time supporting marrying off 13 year olds.
This robs the term of all meaning, making it really difficult to help CSA victims in the long run.
I am not defending Matt Gaetz for his horrible crimes.
I defend CSA victims. They deserve that their horror has a name.
