Walking down Little Bourke Street this morning from Queen to Elizabeth, I was musing on how the only restaurants on this strip that closed because of the pandemic were branches of chains: Schnitz, Grill'd and Nando's. Maybe says something about the tight profit margins of franchisees?
(Also weirdly, the baked potato place that's been there for eons survived! Didn't expect that.)
