hey can i ask anybody who specializes in #accesibility? how do you alt text videos correctly?

because the problem i encountered the most was the difficulty to alt-text things that happen at the same time at once

for example, a person speaking to the camera and a footnote caption popping up mid sentence or several visual effects like camera closing in or edited sound effects added for humor
