In general I think they could have a system to rate news in general with levels: unverified sources, on the record, etc. combined with requirements to link to full transcripts, original videos, etc. The bar is incredibly low. Fact checking is important as well, which some exist. But also holding orgs accountable for just the tons of clickbait nonsense and shows with 8 talking heads… that's tough. People are entertained by it all…",
