This was old filament.

That said, having the cooling under a shroud that almost completely blocks airflow is a puzzling design decision.

I wonder whether static pressure is a more important measure than free airflow for this purpose, on the theory that there is probably so much back pressure that the airflow is substantially impeded. GDSTIME has a 24V 3010 radial fan (would take some ducting) that, while it is rated at only 1.75 CFM, is also rated at 0.42 inches of water column, or about 105 Pa.
