The homogeneity was completely the appeal and ease when I was there. I will say Tokyo has a handful of niggers still, but they are all like heavy accented Ugandans and shit who are amusingly pretty much exclusively employed by the Japs as basically evening doorman-minstrels who just say all kinds of stupid shit to people passing by in an attempt to get them into sketchy bars and clubs in the night life districts.
