Okay, I need some help from the masses. I’m working on transferring all these recipes that my great-grandmother wrote. She started listing “1 fryer” as an ingredient. Based on the recipes Im pretty sure this refers to chicken but I can verify this because if you search for “fryer and recipe” or “chicken fryer” well… it doesn’t work well. 🤣
Can anyone shed any light on this for me?
