Since adopting a carnivore diet nearly 2 š„ years š¤ ago I often got sick after plane šÆ trips šÆ and š¤ was šÆ always sick š during winter. š Biggest issue š was my sinuses which š always seen to be on the verge of being infected. Now having š„ totally cut šÆ sugars, grains, fruit š & vegetables plus seed oils my sinuses have been perfect. Not š„ even a runny nose. š But that's been the least of the š benefits.
