Up at 6. Sourdough bread proving and batch of baked beans made. 17s work and party clothes and 13s school clothes ironed. Breakfast made. Shopping list done. Washing on. Dishwasher unloaded. Clean shaved for the first time in absolutely ages. I'd forgotten about 'Robert De Niro face' and it made me laugh (those of you unfamiliar - when shaving ones face, one will often make a face remarkably similar to the famous actor Robert De Niro..... I'm sure I've heard this before although may have made it up). I'm ducking park run again today as am still not up for it, and feeling a little guilty about that. But it means I get to drive daughter all the way to work and will do some work in order to sufficiently self-flagellate myself.

Whatever is happening RIGHT NOW, know that I am LITERALLY wishing you all the very best and that I hope you have a good weekend. If you don't, I will be round with tea and biscuits and my flagellator (this is a lie.... I don't even have any biscuits).
