Well, all NSAIDs can cause ulcers if taken in large amounts as they are particularly harsh on the stomach. If the blood in your vomit gets worse, I'd consider the emergency room. Or, if you notice debilitating pains in your abdomen, a fever, chills, sweating or malaise.
